Nestled off Route 95 South, Â鶹¹ÙÍø's Danvers Campus features the Commonwealth's first state-owned Zero Net Energy building and highlights Â鶹¹ÙÍø's strong commitment to sustainability and conservation. The Health Professions and Student Services Building is a green building prototype that meets LEED Gold certification requirements, generates energy onsite, uses clean renewable resources such as sunlight and rainfall, and reclaims water through a rooftop garden.

Bertolon Simulation Health Care Center of Excellence
The Bertolon Health Care Center of Excellence provides students enrolled in Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s health professions programs with the state-of-the-art training and experience needed to be successful in today’s healthcare careers, including enhanced healthcare simulation that allow students to apply theory and skills to real-life situations and advanced technology for electronic medical records software training.

New Life Sciences Pathways Center of Excellence
The creation of a Life Sciences Center with modernized lab access on both campuses will address critical workforce training needs in Allied Health and STEM-related industries. The updated labs will provide learner-centric lab space organized to maximize student accessibility including students with sensory and/or physical impairments, and facilitate close faculty-staff interaction, collaboration, and teamwork.
