I work hard every day and I’m so grateful for the opportunities that an Â鶹¹ÙÍø Foundation Scholarship will allow.
Although Aliesha has a degree in aesthetics and massage therapy, she realized she needed to continue her education so that she could earn a living wage and achieve her ultimate goal of becoming a nurse. She enrolled in Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Women in Transition program and despite the long hours of classes, homework, and clinicals while working two jobs, she has a 4.0 GPA. Most importantly, she is showing her son the value of education, even doing their homework together! Aliesha plans to apply for Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Nurse Education program for the Fall of 2019, then continue on to Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s RN to Salem State University’s BSN program.
